Horrible, Ridiculous and Unsatisfactory service. 2002 Nissan Pathfinder has been in your shop since March 20th, 2019. Still not repaired! Everyday JEFF tells us its being worked on and when WE final 2002 Nissan Pathfinder has been in your shop since March 20th, 2019. Still not repaired! Everyday JEFF tells us its being worked on and when WE finally have to call to check on status...blah blah blah.... we are busy. BS! I truly feel since I live in Albany, GA we are getting the run around and that they are putting local vehicles before ours. AGAIN, our vehicle has been there since March 20th, 2019. This has gone on for too long!!! p.s. I think Jeff should be fired! More
fantastic service experience I sent my mother to Kraft to have her AC checked out when it suddenly started blowing warm air. I made an appointment for her, and Dylan was very nice I sent my mother to Kraft to have her AC checked out when it suddenly started blowing warm air. I made an appointment for her, and Dylan was very nice to her when she arrived. He checked out the controls and discovered that the main button had been turned off . He still sent the car into the shop to be sure that was the only issue. They returned the car in less than 15 minutes and sent her away reassured her AC was ok. They charged her nothing!!!! Thank you Kraft Nissan. More

Best customer service in Tallahassee. Jack, Curtis and Joe were awesome. Went in just to look and came out with a 2017 Rogue and a 2017 Titan. They made us feel welcome and above everything they were genuine. I have bought from Ford, and Dodge in Tallahassee and they cannot compete with the customer service that Kraft displays. Kraft Nissan...THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN TALLAHASSEE!! I purchased a 2013 Altima in Feburary 2016. My Air compressor went out in August 2016! Go Figure! The service department was very rude! I called and explained my situation to Gary, who works in Serivce, and he told me to bring in my vehicle in and they would check it out. I set up an appointment and I was selected to work with Kristy. She asked for my keys and walked out of the room. She came back in the room and got on the computer. I asked her am I being charged for this service, her reply "Yes, 89.00 for the diagnostic!" I'm sitting there like Gary didn't discuss a diagnostic fee with me! I told her to bring me back my keys because I refused to pay a fee when I am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY on my car Every month! Come to find out my warranty covers an air compressor, but the fact is NO ONE was going to tell me I was being charged $89 until after the fact smh!! When I purchased my vehicle I didn't realize there was no owners manuel in there until the Compressor when out. The same day (Aug 2016) I went for my "service" to find out what was wrong with my AC, I requested a owners manuel. The employee told me it would take 10 days before I could get it. Let's just say it's been over 10 days and I'm STILL waiting for them to say the manuel is ready for pick up! HORRIBLE...KRAFT NISSAN!!!!! They are Crooks and don't care!!!! More
CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE 71-year old female senior citizen must go to Small Claims Court to seek reimbursement for diagnostic charge and other costs. KRAFT refused to provide 71-year old female senior citizen must go to Small Claims Court to seek reimbursement for diagnostic charge and other costs. KRAFT refused to provide documentation for diagnostics, or a written explanation, to support their recommendation to replace starter, cost $675, in her 2004 NISSAN PATHFINDER. Refused to accept any responsibility for unnecessary expenditures and inconvenience caused as a result of their recommendation. Admitted verbally they did not check the battery, even though it was listed as having been checked on her invoice. Withdrew their offer to refund diagnostic charge of $96 when she requested supporting documentation. Seems battery was bad all along. Imagine what might happen to you if you purchased a car from this dealership, or took your NISSAN in for service or a problem??? More

The installation turned out to be far more difficult than I had thought. Seth Robertson and Simon Ince took the time to install the box for me. They were both extremely pleasant. Seth and Simon are a credit to Kraft. When they were finished, Seth brought the truck to me in a timely fashion and, again, was very pleasant. I appreciate their professionalism and their dedication to their customers. More
