She was the only sales rep to reach out to me. Sarka went as far as to send me a video of the truck. If she didn’t have the answer she found someone who did. When we arrived at the dealership, it felt like I’ve known her for years. Her personality was so welcoming. She made good on her promise to reimburse me for the alignment the truck needed. She’s a gem. The only issuesI had was once we got the truck home we discovered the truck had an infestation of roaches. I had to get an oil and fuel filter changed. More
