Oil change and maintenance on unknown issue to begin with. Staff was awesome start to finish. They are always friendly, reliable and fantastic. Diagnosed an unknown issue, turned out to be pulley. The ordered parts required and had the vehicle ready when promised. In my almost 40 years of dealing with car repairs they are the best I have ever worked with. More

Didn’t fix the problem Took our Jeep Cherokee (2018) in for a service shifter message on the dash. Pleasant Patterson of Bowie staff is friendly and helpful! Sometimes the wait time can be long, however this past visit was only about an hour.
