I'm new to Bowie and needed regular service for my 2019 Grand Cherokee (the first oil change/tire rotation). My doctor is suspicious of some heart problems and I have orders to stay off my feet as much as Grand Cherokee (the first oil change/tire rotation). I didn't burden Mark with my problems but he did tell me 1 hour would be required for the service. It was 50 minutes! The lady on the other side of the plexiglass for payment was pleasant, and I even got escorted to my Jeep in a crowded service area.
