DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly. More
We bought a 2011 Jeep Compass on August 30, 2023 from Koppy Motors. The mileage about 125,000. We took it for a test drive. Handled very well. We had our mechanic friend look it over really well. I bought a 2007 Jeep Compass on June 16, 2022, from Koppy Motors. The mileage was around 80,000 miles. It is a 4x4. I thought this Jeep would be a good drive for my grandson living in Duluth. After buying this Jeep, I drove about a half a mile and filled the gas tank. When I left the gas station, the Jeep hesitated, like it was going to stop and this has happened several times after getting gas. Also that first day after leaving the gas station there was a scraping noise under the Jeep. I never had heard that noise when I test drove it for a few miles. Two days after buying the Jeep, I had front struts put in at a local auto repair shop and they told me the frame was bent. But on the Jeep Auto Check says, No Accidents. So I went back to Koppy Motors, Matt the service mgr. wasn't in. I talked to a lady in the office, and explained this to her. I said to her, I may need my money back. The first words that came out of her mouth was," I knew you were going to say that." This is probably what she has heard before and several times, I am sure. Real professional. I took the Jeep to Koppy motors on 19th Street in Forest Lake to have the scrapping noise addressed. I had back brakes put in, but I drove it and the scrapping noise was still there. So then it was the back parking brake that was doing the scrapping. They fixed that without charging me for that. Andy, the service advisor and Chauncey, the technician are wonderful and very nice people to work with. Very honest and helpful . After driving the Jeep about 500 miles, the steering is making a noise when turning. The information I received when buying it states, it has been thru a 121 Point Safety Inspection. I will never let my grandson drive this Jeep. I am stressed to the limit. I am driving it, but I have told my family that if I have an accident or die, from driving this Jeep, be sure to Thank Koppy Motors when they write my obituary. I could go on and on about this purchase. Absolutely, the worst mistake of my life. After they have your money, they do not know you. I see they have a buy back plan, really. I am sure they wouldn't buy my Jeep back. This JEEP is a LEMON......If you see me driving in Forest Lake, with LEMON decals in the side windows and on the back by the KOPPY MOTORS decal....THERE IS A LEMON DECAL RIGHT ABOVE THEIR NAME. I went to a collision center in Chisago City, for a second opinion, and they pointed out to me where this Jeep has been hit and repaired. I know this is a used vehicle, but don't sell a piece of crap, just to make a sale. WORST EXPERIENCE of my LIFE> More

Did a consignment sale with Matt. After 80 days it resulted in ZERO test drives. Bird xxxx on pain, cobwebs on mirrors, car was placed way back in corner of lot where nobody would see it when on lot. resulted in ZERO test drives. Bird xxxx on pain, cobwebs on mirrors, car was placed way back in corner of lot where nobody would see it when on lot. Could not take if for test drive as seat was moved way forward and up. Power seat fuse was failed. Also battery to start vehicle was dead from non use. Hybrid cars can not sit for 3 months with no use! Who is going to test drive a dirty car in back of lot with a dead battery and a dead power seat? NOBODY. And that's exactly what happened. More

Had previous taken down my last post about how pissed off I was on the poor work done on my mother's vehicle at the Service shop and I still am but just want to say I am disappointed w/ how they have handled I was on the poor work done on my mother's vehicle at the Service shop and I still am but just want to say I am disappointed w/ how they have handled things since then. The fact that you can't admit when you xxxxed up and wrecked someone's car when they trust you to fix it right is the most irritating of all. Hopefully it is taken care of the right way because if not I will be back w/ more. More
