BEWARE! ! Their sales practices are intentionally misleading and untrustworthy. My husband and I identified a vehicle to purchase. We spent several hours comm ! We spent several hours communicating with a salesperson and going through the financial approval process. I repeatedly asked the sale person and the finance person if I could put a deposit down to hold the car as we are 2.5 hrs away and wanted to know the financing rate before we made the drive. We did not get a straight answer from either the salesman or the finance dept and were led to believe we were all set. We were sent the sales offer and told to call back the next morning with our bank's rate so that they could see if they could offer better. I confirmed with the sales person we be there the next day by 1 pm and would be prepared to make the purchase. I get texted today that the car was sold! When I called this morning that said they don't accept deposits. If that had been communicated clearly when I asked, we would have made the drive yesterday. At best that is misleading communication best. The omission of needed information when asked is deceptive in practice. Won't ever get our business. Note car is still listed for sale. More
