That was five years ago. Since then, they have been very responsive on service. They always do what they say and have kept the truck in good shape. 100,000 miles of hassle-free driving. I've now used all of their departments and each are staffed with people that definitely go out of their way to help. I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Mustang and had not bought a used car since my mid 20's. They took the time to explain each component of the programs and presented me with all of my options. It safer to buy a certified preowned now that it used to be. The Service department I've been using for about 1 1/2 years for the servicing of my truck. They work with your schedule to get you taken care of. All around a great staff and I would strongly recommend this location vice some of the other Ford dealers in the area that I've already dealt with. You won't be sorry!! More
Sold the vehicle I wanted and failed to notify me. I live 2 hours away from here but I was interested in a specific vehicle on the lot so I scheduled a test drive for 8pm on a Friday night. The day of the test drive I received two e-mails from two different people at the dealership confirming my test drive (one at 10am, one at 6pm). When I arrived in the evening, it was only to be informed that they had sold the vehicle that morning and were apparently incapable of noticing they had other interested customers and contacting them. Needless to say, we were pretty frustrated to waste over 4 hours of our night on this. While the people present (not the same as those who had e-mailed me earlier) were polite enough, it doesn't change the fact that their dependence on their apparently automated e-mail system is a recipe for terrible customer service. I will obviously not do business with them because of this incident and I intend to deter everyone I know from dealing with them. To top it off, I received another automated e-mail today thanking me for coming and providing more information on the vehicle which is no longer available. More

Classic bait and switch... Went here to buy a Ford Fiesta SE for an AGREED UPON PRICE, it was even stated in the email for 12500, this turned out to be false. I down at the dealership signing all these papers thinking I got this car for exactly 12500. Turns out I did not qualify for some student rebate, which I AM A College student! I gave them a printed copy of my transcripts then the guy is gone for a long time maybe 40 minutes. Then he comes back to me with a way higher price than before with an extra $750 tagged onto the price. Then had the nerve to ask me about my rate that I got from my bank for the loan and asking me to finance with them after I clearly said I already had a loan and DO NOT NEED FINANCING. I walked right out after that. Avoid this place if you want to save time and easily just purchase a car. Wouldn't even rate this place with a one star lol. Overall terrible experience and they still have not even apologized. More

Awful finance manager Finance manager was incredibly rude and even suggested at one point that a slightly lower APR should not matter. Started at almost 4% and they agreed Finance manager was incredibly rude and even suggested at one point that a slightly lower APR should not matter. Started at almost 4% and they agreed to beat 3.2. Wanted me to start signing documents without seeing final rate. Finally after I push back, the rate comes down again, when they actually run a credit check. When I say I am not committing to buy the car because I did not appreciate the games and all the back the forth -- simply expected the best APR right off that bat -- the finance manager gets testy and tells me he's not doing to do 'all that work' again for me again if I come back. Competing dealership beat them easily on financing by having me complete an online credit form in 5 minutes. Have visited about 10 area dealerships and have never been treated so rudely as I was here by the finance manager. More

One of their salespersons, Joyce, sent me a half dozen emails stating that this particular car was still available and urging me to make the one hour drive to their dealership to see this car. At the same time, I checked the Cowles online inventory to read more about this car and this car was not listed. I immediately sent an email to Joyce and asked if they actually had this car and our email correspondence abruptly stopped. A day later, Joyce sent me an email to inform me that the car had just sold. I am certain that this car had already been sold before Joyce asked me to visit their dealership and from this experience I will not even consider buying a car from Cowles Ford. More

Not as promised!! Had a car for less than a week. Car would not start had to tow back to this dealer ( car still had warranty) 3 days later we were told to pick u Had a car for less than a week. Car would not start had to tow back to this dealer ( car still had warranty) 3 days later we were told to pick up the car because they couldn't figure out what was wrong and told us to go to a jeep dealership on our cost n time. I called and asked for explanation as to what the warranty is for ? At this time we already had to pay for tow to the dealer. We are pretty sure if this car is not under warranty and we are paying for the Service they will go the extra length to fix the issue and made sure we are bill for it . Basically the answer I got was the run around n suggestion to talk to more people which i am pretty sure will not get us anywhere. We still have a car that would not start at times . We are very busy and don't have the time to go back and forth on this matter. Very very dissapointed after all the promises ! More
