I was qui This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Cowles. It was finally time to replace my 2002 F-150 we purchased from Cowles 16 years ago. I was quite apprehensive about the cost of the new vehicles but it was time. I contacted several dealers looking for a F-150 Supercab wiith an 8' bed. Wow!! None available anywhere in the country with the options I wanted. Bottom line - had to make custom order to get one. No big deal, so stopped at a couple of dealers and got prices. Met "Buks" at Cowles Ford, talked about what I was looking for, and he made an offer I was sure he had made a mistake on based on the prices I got from other dealers (even other dealer said that can't be right). Well he affirmed, I confirmed, and now I am driving one of the nicest vehicles around. I have an F-150 4x4 Supercab, 8'bed, Ruby Red color, 3.5v6 ecoboost (man, what an engine - hit the pedal too hard and you'll be thinking you need one of those pilot flight suits to compensate for g's). Most of all, Buks and Cowles is a fantastic dealership and I recommend anyone looking for an amazing truck at an amazing price to stop in and check with Buks. More

I had searched for about a year and knew exactly what I wanted in a new pickup. I was AMAZED the new price was well below most used truck prices I had been seeing. After a quick phone call to Cowle's internet contact to hold the truck 24 hours, I made the trip and am SO GLAD I did. He calls me a 'xxxxxx customer' and other insults, imitating my worried tone of voice and lauging at the fact that he put me on speaker for everybody else to have a laugh at my problem as well. Solomon get proper education, learn to be a professional, learn how to treat customers, learn empathy and don't be a xxxxxx who doesn't know how to hang up a phone. COWLES FORD has the worst customer service. They will sell you good for nothing, extremely expensive warranties and will not go over details with you or will simply lie to your face about coverage, besides that, they have a filthy play area for kids it's absolutely disgusting...and also filthy employees like Solomon who don't deserve to be in the position they're in. More
