I had searched for about a year and knew exactly what I wanted in a new pickup. I was AMAZED the new price was well below most used truck prices I had been seeing. After a quick phone call to Cowle's internet contact to hold the truck 24 hours, I made the trip and am SO GLAD I did. Lovely people to deal with...FANTASTIC new truck...I couldn't have asked for better. More

He calls me a 'xxxxxx customer' and other insults, imitating my worried tone of voice and lauging at the fact that he put me on speaker for everybody else to have a laugh at my problem as well. Solomon get proper education, learn to be a professional, learn how to treat customers, learn empathy and don't be a xxxxxx who doesn't know how to hang up a phone. COWLES FORD has the worst customer service. They will sell you good for nothing, extremely expensive warranties and will not go over details with you or will simply lie to your face about coverage, besides that, they have a filthy play area for kids it's absolutely disgusting...and also filthy employees like Solomon who don't deserve to be in the position they're in. More

Given I am a 22 year old post graduate with not much credit experience, I was worried that I would not be able to make the purchase but Cowles worked very well for me and made sure the transaction happened smoothly and as efficiently as possible. They treated me as a young professional like I am and made sure to explain the whole process to me before walking away with the vehicle. They even picked me up and drove me from the train station to the dealership which was very nice of them.
