SM didn’t bother to respond emails to at least apologize. They sale you a car that within two weeks you have to change tires and brakes. Three hours of waiting for oil change on the first 3 weeks of buying the car .With sales manager offending me to say that if he fix the problem I will still come back to complain about Something else, when he knew that vehicle shouldn’t been in that condition.
