Service since purchase in 2011 I looked at many different Ford dealers in 2011 before purchasing a new Ranger. This was good going to be the last year on the market. Cowles made the best offer and provided me the best trade in offer for a Hyundai I owned. Since then I have had the car serviced there every 6 months. The scheduling is easy, the wait time for the service has been very reasonable, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Cowles! More

Lacking Quality In the past 3 months there have been two instances where maintenance was done on my Ford Ranger and I left with lingering issues which can only be att In the past 3 months there have been two instances where maintenance was done on my Ford Ranger and I left with lingering issues which can only be attributed to hasty work or lack of care. I had my drive belt replaced but the belt wasn't tensioned properly and began having issues while driving until I got it fixed at another location. Second issue was with the "Charging System" warning light, this was fixed by having a new battery replacement yet when I received my vehicle it was still displaying the warning light. I went back into them and all they said was to drive it for 15 minutes until the light turned off since they just replaced the battery. The next day my vehicle died in the middle of traffic and I had to get a tow and new alternator. Though they were friendly and professional the level of effort they put into resolving issues was subpar and sloppy. Using the dealership service center should reduce stress and improve your precious time on the weekends by not having to do maintenance yourself. I'll never go back and will steer everyone I know from bringing their vehicle to this location. More
