Mixed feelings Buying my truck took 4-1/2 hours. I’ve never had to take that much time. Then they didn’t wanna give me anywhere close to what my trade was worth. Too Buying my truck took 4-1/2 hours. I’ve never had to take that much time. Then they didn’t wanna give me anywhere close to what my trade was worth. Too much back and forth. I called before driving 3-1/2 hours to the dealership to ask if the price they had advertised on autotrader was anyone’s price and they said yes until I got there and then they tried to tack on a few thousand dollars saying I don’t qualify for certain rebates. And then there’s the other fees that they don’t advertise. Overall I got a fair deal I guess and everyone was very friendly. It just took way too long More

Oil Change Process Too Slow The oil change process is too slow. I had a 0900 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived about 0845. Job to just over two hours. My The oil change process is too slow. I had a 0900 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived about 0845. Job to just over two hours. My vehicle was not started on until 0945 or 1000. That's too slow. I can go to Jiffy Lube and be in an out in less than 20 minutes. What good is having an appointment if the technicians aren't going to begin work on the vehicle until well after the scheduled time? Other than the process taking too long, the service person that handled my service request was excellent, but management needs to figure out a way to provide faster service on routine maintenance orders. More
