Cause no one there to at least acknowledge the customer or ask them what’s bring them in the dealer. We are standing there with no clue, until we approach to any desk to find out who is the person we need to talk. Staff walking around and don’t bother to ask customers. That’s make me feel step back from that place . More
Attentive service but long wait (2-1/2,hours) without explanation for routine oil filter change and oil. Only at end of wait I was told they ordered the wrong filter and had to retrieve correct one. explanation for routine oil filter change and oil. Avoid doing business here for used cars. I thought it was a reputable dealership because of the name, but my experience has not been good at all. I bought a car on 09/10 and now it's 10/23, and I have used the car 3 times since I bought it. Also my fault for ignoring so many red flags. I went to check the car, and it had the interior doors dismantled. Key and door buttons would only work on the driver door. Test drove the car, no lights on the dash, everything seemed fine. Told the sales guy I'm returning the next day after it is reassembled, but they kept insisting the car was like that because they were checking everything for VA inspection. I really liked the car, so I started negotiations until I found out that they were adding $2K+ for reconditioning fee. why so much money? I workd at a dealership befor and had purchased from smaller dealerships, and this was a 1st. $2k was way too much for "reconditioning" the car. When I stood up, they offered me to lower the car price but kept the $2k "reconditioning fee". We reached a deal, and when they gave me the keys (around 9pm), the doors are still not working. I tell the sales guy and he said to come back the next day because the mechanics left for the day. The dealer is far from my home and my job, so I would have to lose time of my day to take a car, that supposedly was fine, to be checked. I agreed because I didn't want to argue that night. Omw home, the tire pressure light came on and I called to let them know. Their response? That's normal More
