After I went inside for some questions, I was greeted by Chad Krick. He was helpful in answering my questions and wasn't pushy. I ended up finding a car that I liked and he explained the entire process from start to finish. He also helped me get the most value for my trade in. The gentleman in finance understood my price range and worked with me to get the numbers I needed. This was definitely my best car buying experience! More

Made an appointment three weeks ahead for a Takata air bag replacement. Called the night before to make sure my appointment was scheduled and that a free rental was available, and I was assured that a Fo bag replacement. Called the night before to make sure my appointment was scheduled and that a free rental was available, and I was assured that a Ford Taurus would be available. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that no free rental was authorized for my recall service. After making it clear that was incorrect, the service rep spent twenty minutes reading the recall bulletin only to find that a free rental vehicle was authorized. But then I was told that no vehicle had been reserved for my use and all rental vehicles were on a first come first serve basis and they were all gone. I asked to speak to the service manager and was told he was too busy to talk with me. I asked to talk to the general manager, but was told he was not in the building and there was no way I could talk to him by phone. I left the dealership disgusted with the way I was treated and will never go back to Cowles Parkway Ford again. What a disgusting place! More
