Paid $20k markup on a new 2021 Bronco. During the transaction we decided to order the all weather floor mats and it cost us an additional $300+. It's been almost a month and have been given the Runaround every time I call. Last person I talked to said they were never even ordered (20 days later!) and was supposed to call me back days ago. Still nothing. Not to mention see found a chip in the drivers side window where the lot security device was, never got the regular carpet rear floor mats, and our sales person didn't take even 2 minutes to show us the features on the bronco we had just paid $57k for. STAY AWAY! More
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Had to get Lincoln corporate involved to actually get the work done on a computer problem. Asked to have vehicle checked before going on 3,000-mile round trip. They didn't check ANYTHING ... found out from Jiffy Lube that air filter was filthy dirty, needed oil/filter change, and tire pressures were low. I can't think of a service department that cares/does LESS than Koons Woodbridge Ford. More
The service department said they changed all four wheel hubs and billed Ford under warranty. The hubs were never changed. It took me 3 months to prove to Ford and the dealership that the service had not be hubs and billed Ford under warranty. The hubs were never changed. Ford eventually paid to replace the hubs. I had the work done at a different dealership and would never go back to Cowles for service. The service manager and general manager were rude up until the day I proved them wrong!! More
So I was there on 9/27 night to buy a vehicle. I filled out the credit application with my wife as co-signer online. An hr passed by, they said my wife credit report is locked and needed to get unlocked. if they were to do what i asked them - run credit first, i would have not wasted 2 hrs of my life. so people, don't buy from this dealership cause they don't see customers value and important first. More

I stick with Cowles service department after purchasing my certified used Ford F-150 back on March 1, 2017. The service and staff are just great, 5 stars YES. But their extended service plan SUCKS. I stick with Cowles mostly because of the service department. All the staff and service techs are knowledgeable and friendly, and it's the only place I trust with my C-Max, especially now that the mo department.
