Be careful, your about to get screwed! I bought a used 2018 f150 10/28/2022. Drove the truck off the lot around 6pm. Check engine light came on in less than 24 hours. Po420 and Po430 c More

I have spoken to several people since the purchase. Most of the time they say I’ll look into it and get back with you but they never do! I want something in writing (email that I can print) stating that Koons Ford of Woodbridge falsely or accidentally signed me up for an extended warranty that I expressly said NO to getting! AND that you will immediately remove any record of me having an extended warranty through Koons Ford of Woodbridge. Getting some Cat Converters sometime soon would be nice as well…..you can send them to the Ford dealer in Madison VA.
