Took my car in for an oil change. The people are super friendly, however I was very annoyed that my fluids were not topped off. My windshield washer fluid was just as empty as it was The people are super friendly, however I was very annoyed that my fluids were not topped off. My windshield washer fluid was just as empty as it was when I brought it in. It’s just annoying you pay for service and only get what they want to give. Prices keep going up and quality and service keeps going down. I would’ve definitely given 5 stars had my fluids been topped off, but I can’t give a 5 star review, like I was asked by the service tech, if I didn’t leave with what is the bare minimum expectations. I recently found and then purchased a new truck with a truck trade in.
