NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. The financial department are not honest. The service department does the bare minimum. My daughter took her car in for her free oil change and top of all Fluids. T department are not honest. The service department does the bare minimum. My daughter took her car in for her free oil change and top of all Fluids. The same day this service was done my daughter heat was not blowing out heat. This problem NEVER Existed prior to her service appointment on 1/11/22. I had my mechanic come out to diagnose the problem. There was very little antifreeze, and I have pictures. My daughter has not had this car for a year and there are no leaks. I called the service department and I asked what services are provided with the free oil change. I was told they top off all fluids. I then mentioned that there was little to none antifreeze in my daughter car. I was told “well I’m sorry that it was missed, what do you want me to do about it”. I’m Beyond floored, and I am reaching out to corporate about this matter. More

This is our second vehicle from Koons of White Marsh and Buddy Price. It was a pleasure doing business with him almost 4 years ago so I didn’t hesitate to call him when we were ready to get another vehicle Buddy Price. It was a pleasure doing business with him almost 4 years ago so I didn’t hesitate to call him when we were ready to get another vehicle. He’s top notch, efficient and thorough! He sent me videos of the suburban I was interested in, we did almost all the paperwork over the phone so all we had to do was walk in and sign. He was great with my daughter too so that was an added bonus. I highly recommend Buddy Price to all my friends and family!! I’ll be back in a couple more years too! More

Sydney Brooks and Jerry Morreale were amazing to work with! My husband and I will be using them for all our future purchases! We live in DE, about 3 hours away. I made a phone call around 4pm to inquire about new 2022 Tahoe and trading in my 2019 Traverse. I first spoke with Sydney Brooks, who was friendly and answered ALL my questions clearly and timely as well as provided a personalized video for me to see this vehicle. Needless to say by 9pm, with the help of Jerry, this vehicle was mine and I was given a great trade in on my Traverse (unseen). They also delivered it to me the next day and picked up my trade. AMAZING service! Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! More
