Sales representative Buddy was very pleasant to deal with as well as the sales management who helped sort out some financing worries I was having. The financial process when going over extras like extended w as well as the sales management who helped sort out some financing worries I was having. The financial process when going over extras like extended warranties was less then pleasant. Never purchased a vehicle from a dealership that was more pushy with selling extended warranties as this one. I ended up getting one at a better deal than originally offered, but only after turning it down about four times. That is the only reason I purchased it. Thats not honest business in my opinion if your not willing to offer the good deal unless they turn the original deal down. Not fair to customers who know they want an extended warranty and just take whats offered. That and offering better interest rates only if the warranty was purchased. That part was sorted out after I kept questioning it. Overall a good experience, and I would purchase from Koons again if I was in the market for another vehicle. More
