The F&I manager we dealt with was extremely rude and condescending when we would not purchase an extended warranty and gap insurance from him. The rate he offered us at that point was 200 basis points condescending when we would not purchase an extended warranty and gap insurance from him. The rate he offered us at that point was 200 basis points higher than we were able to get from our own financing source. Although we have "A" credit, he tried to convince us otherwise to justify his high rate. We financed elsewhere and were met with more harsh attitude when delivering the check. I would not purchase a car from this dealership again. More
