I am happy to report I am completely satisfied with my new Jeep. Top now works beautifully and I am in love with my new ride. Purchased 8 vehicles at Koons Tysons Toyota over 25 years. Even though we had an appointment, they were not prepared for us at all. The salesperson, Mary, was confused, kept disappearing and was very slow moving through the process. The manager acted like we were doing her a favor and was really pushing to upsell on the warranty. We are very happy with the car itself and have always had excellent experience with the Koons Tysons Toyota Service Department. I guess we just had the wrong sales staff assigned to us. I would think they would have been a little more on the ball especially with returning loyal customers. More
Koons was able to replace the tire I damaged as soon as they could get one. They picked up the car and returned it -everything was good. The wheel was scratched and needed to be fixed, on a Tuesday or Thur they could get one. They picked up the car and returned it -everything was good. They picked up the car on the following Tuesday at 8 am and it sat there all day because the guy was sick according to my service rep, who didn’t call until 2:30. The car was returned at 5:30 pm and the outside was filthy. We had to wash it. I was told that if I dropped off the car the following Thursday at 9 am I would be in and out fairly quickly. The car wasn’t ready until 1 pm, because it was humid and there were other cars there because the guy had been out on Tuesday. It looks fine, but I am not happy with the service. More
