Got a voicemail message from James saying that our vehicle needed all this extra service. However all of the services James speaks of in the voicemail was done at our last visit. She had to show him the transcript of the voicemail message he left with his cell phone number. When my wife returned home I played the voicemail for her and she verified that was him. I have NEVER had a poor experience. I fully trust the mechanics and the customer service reps. at this location. I recently had my car serviced at koons Tyson’s Toyota, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The technical staff behind the closed doors seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing g and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The technical staff behind the closed doors seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing good customer service. I bought the car from this dealer, since then when I came for service every six month they missed at least one issue that needs to be addressed( after I paid). When I finally got my car back, the issue I brought it in for was not resolved, and in fact, it seemed to be worse. When I brought this up with the staff, they took the car back to the garage after they told me it’s ready to go. Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend koons Tyson’s Toyota for SERVICE to anyone looking for reliable and professional car service. More
