What I told you the last time you called me is that the information you provided is worthless--it doesn't solve the problem. With due respect, I don't want to contact you--I want to reach someone who can understand and resolve the issue. This has taken far, far too long.

Krystle, two months later and the problem has only gotten worse--Toyota has lost all the data in my Owners account. I wonder whether Toyota may face a class action lawsuit for failure to deliver the Owner service that you promise. You are the face of Toyota so you can't get away with telling me you aren't in control--you are Toyota--you are who Toyota tells me to talk to. If you want to get out of the middle, give me the name and number of the person who can resolve this issue.
