Good morning Krystle, Short version of what happened: 10:30am Thanksgiving’s Day I arrived at Koons Tyson Toyota to test drive a used/pre-owned vehicle. After test driving the vehicle I negotiated a sales price (and trade-in) with the sales representative and manager. After signing the paperwork (to include purchase order) I left a deposit and agreed to return on Monday to pickup the vehicle. On Saturday, I received a call from the sales representative stating the sales manager was pulling my deal and re-listing the vehicle (at a higher price). While I appreciate your concern for my experience, I don’t know what if anything you can do. As a large dealership, I am sure you conduct thousands of transactions. In your quest to achieve transparency and fairness in all your transactions, I can only hope that no one else experiences the same transparency and fairness I experienced at Koons Tyson Toyota. E.
