RUN!!!!!! I was there to buy a Corolla and this woman was unbelievable!!! We waited and waited and waited for her to return from dealing with other customers. THEN I asked to speak with someone else and the unbelievable!!! We waited and waited and waited for her to return from dealing with other customers. THEN I asked to speak with someone else and the sales manager accused me of lying about a previous deal (I had the paperwork with me) and then proceed to YEAL at me. Sales person left me standing in the showroom for 30 minutes while he went looking for the corolla I wanted to test drive. When he finally returned, he said they didn't have the car on the lot. No apolo minutes while he went looking for the corolla I wanted to test drive. When he finally returned, he said they didn't have the car on the lot. No apology, no effort to help. This is one of those kinds of delaers that don't have cars in the showroom any more, so if you want to see one of their cars, you have to walk out to remote lots and examine them, one by one by one., tal cars in the showroom any more, so if you want to see one of their cars, you have to walk out to remote lots and examine them, one by one by one., talking long walks to "get the keys" As for being greeted, we approached the door of the previous showroom, full of salepersons but not clients, from the parking lot only to be asaulted by two people with no dealer insignia asking us if we could be helped. Yeah, but could we go inside please? And do you guys work for Toyota or are you just standing around their lot?

Do people really buy cars without examining them inside and out from such dealerships?

More
