This dealership obviously has nothing but contempt for any type of informed buyer. I point the finger squarely at the managers watching over this high pressure sales floor from their elevated platform.<br any type of informed buyer. I point the finger squarely at the managers watching over this high pressure sales floor from their elevated platform.

I walked in and stated an offer for a car sitting on the lot. This was after they lied five mins before over the phone about yet another vehicle being avialiable they swore was in stock. Instead of a yes or no answer on the offer I got the waffle between the manager and me. The waits are totally unnecessary ( a tactic to up the time and stakes for the buyer) and the dealer 'financing' sheet is one of the many ways this dealer will use to separate anyone from their money. Do it online or over the phone. Stay out of this dealer’s show room unless you want to loose money and feel like you were taken by crooks.

I am adding this edit to recommend the over the phone deals with Alexandria Toyota.
More
RUN!!!!!! I was there to buy a Corolla and this woman was unbelievable!!! We waited and waited and waited for her to return from dealing with other customers. THEN I asked to speak with someone else and the unbelievable!!! We waited and waited and waited for her to return from dealing with other customers. THEN I asked to speak with someone else and the sales manager accused me of lying about a previous deal (I had the paperwork with me) and then proceed to YEAL at me. She did the same telling me what a GREAT deal I was getting. I have been to FIVE dealerships at this point and this was the WORST More
Sales person left me standing in the showroom for 30 minutes while he went looking for the corolla I wanted to test drive. When he finally returned, he said they didn't have the car on the lot. No apolo minutes while he went looking for the corolla I wanted to test drive. When he finally returned, he said they didn't have the car on the lot. No apology, no effort to help. I complained to the sales manager, who could barely stand to be bothered by my complaint. I guess when you're the largest, high volume toyota dealer on the east coast, you can afford to blow off customers. More
This is one of those kinds of delaers that don't have cars in the showroom any more, so if you want to see one of their cars, you have to walk out to remote lots and examine them, one by one by one., tal cars in the showroom any more, so if you want to see one of their cars, you have to walk out to remote lots and examine them, one by one by one., talking long walks to "get the keys" As for being greeted, we approached the door of the previous showroom, full of salepersons but not clients, from the parking lot only to be asaulted by two people with no dealer insignia asking us if we could be helped. Yeah, but could we go inside please? And do you guys work for Toyota or are you just standing around their lot?

Do people really buy cars without examining them inside and out from such dealerships?

More
