Even though we had an appointment, they were not prepared for us at all. The salesperson, Mary, was confused, kept disappearing and was very slow moving through the process. The manager acted like we were doing her a favor and was really pushing to upsell on the warranty. We are very happy with the car itself and have always had excellent experience with the Koons Tysons Toyota Service Department. I guess we just had the wrong sales staff assigned to us. I would think they would have been a little more on the ball especially with returning loyal customers. More
