Prior to making my purchase, I researched the vehicle I wanted and looked at several different Toyota dealerships in the area for that vehicle. Based on their internet prices, Koons was very competitive i wanted and looked at several different Toyota dealerships in the area for that vehicle. Upon my arrival at Koons Tysons, I was met by salesman Don Evans, who first took the time to sit down with me and listen to what type of vehicle I was looking for and what features on that vehicle were important to me. Mr. Evans asked me a few questions regarding my primary usage of the vehicle. After Mr. Evans had a good understanding of what I was looking for, he then showed me several models of the vehicle I was looking for. We drove the several different models, and through each test drive, Mr. Evans explained each and every feature the vehicle had to offer. Although the whole process took several hours, Mr. Evans was very patient and pleasant to deal with as he had an answer for all my questions. When I finally decided on which of the models I wanted and the actual negotiations began, Mr. Evans manage to turn the situation into what is usually an unpleasant experience, to the most pleasant car buying experience I have been through. Mr. Evan was never pushy or bothered by counter-offers......the usual car buying banter was never an issue, on the contrary it was calm, civil, professional and in the end, quite rewarding, as I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted for the price I was looking for.
