When I arrived at the dealership for the test drive, he had the car detailed and ready to go. The whole process of settling on a price to getting the keys in my hand was much less painful than I thought it would be. The first Malibu I bought was a great car but later came to find out that it did not have the bluetooth system installed like Sean thought. Sean immediately corrected the situation by talking to his manager and was able to let me come in and switch out my Malibu with a Malibu that had the bluetooth system in it. What's great is that even after the dealership had my money for the first car, they still were adamant about making sure I was happy with my purchase, when they knew I was dissapointed about the bluetooth, they immediately found a way to make it up to me. This shows professionalism and that Koons actually cares about it's customers, even after they have the customers money. It's hard to find that in todays world so kudos to everyone on the staff at Koons, job well done. More
