Gabby was my finance manager for the deal, she also was super friendly, knowledgeable and was even able to convince my dad to buy some kind of warranty hahaha - they were all top notch and made my buying experience quick and easy! The workers at the dealership dented my car during a repair job a few months ago. The service area then offered to fix the dents for free, and stated it would take one day to repair the dents. After leaving my car at the service department all day, I was expecting to pick up my car in the late afternoon, however no one had called me from the service station to say it was ready. At 5:30 pm I called and a man in the body shop was helpful in tracking down the service representative, who then told me the car would not be ready until the next day. The service representative should have called me to tell me the car was not ready. The service department did a good job in removing the dents. More
On September 2, 2023, I purchased the used Mitsubish Outlander 2022 vehicle at Koons of Tysons with 17668 milage. During the payment process I was convinced to purchase the Premium Maintenance Plan (36 Outlander 2022 vehicle at Koons of Tysons with 17668 milage. During the payment process I was convinced to purchase the Premium Maintenance Plan (36 months/36,000 miles). Something I agreed to and did at the time. Since then, I have taken the vehicle to this dealer 4 times (11/09/23, 03/14/24/, 08/22/24 and 01/30/25) for regular service, following the dates recommended for the service department. At the last service that took place yesterday, January 30th, with 21984 milage, I felt that something was off. So, when I got home, I decided to open the car´s hood to do a visual inspection, and I soon found out that the coolant level is almost empty, way below the minimum limit and the top of fluid level it was also not leveled, even though they state that the service was performed, which is not true in the face of the evidence. Now, I´m questioning whether all the other services listed on the receipt were actually performed? I bought the plan because, after several insistences, I believed that I would have peace of mind regarding the health of my vehicle, as I believed that it would be well treated and in the event of any abnormality I would be notified. I trusted, but in fact I ended up being the victim of a fraud, compromising the safety of my vehicle and putting my life and the life of my family at risk. BE AWARE BECAUSE YOU'RE PROBABLY BEING SCAMMED TOO! More
