I brought my 2025 Sierra in for my first service with them. My Advisor, John was very friendly and professional and got my vehicle checked in and showed me where the coffee bar was and where the waiting them. I hate writing bad reviews but I should have done this weeks ago. I scheduled a 7:30 a.m. oil change and didn’t end up leaving until 12pm. Not a big deal but my treatment is what made it horrible. My appo weeks ago. I scheduled a 7:30 a.m. oil change and didn’t end up leaving until 12pm. Not a big deal but my treatment is what made it horrible. My appointment started out well and I assumed everything was on track. I waited patiently in the lounge reading a book, assuming it would only take one to two hours max. About 10 I started to get frustrated but I saw my car finally get pulled to the back. I waited another hour until I started walking around and getting confused. I should have spoken up sooner but I hoped the look on my face was enough to get their attention. Around 11:30 I finally made my way to the specialist that checked me in to ask if there was progress on my vehicle. Not only were my keys sitting at his desk, my car finished and parked but they had been for some time. No consideration for me or that I was sitting there having my time wasted. After paying I was handed my keys and told my car was “somewhere” in the lot and to go look for it. To which I couldn’t find it because it was at the very back of the lot. I dropped my car off at the door, and expected to pick it up at the same place. Every other dealership I’ve ever been to has always had stellar customer service, it’s the reason I don’t mind paying more at a dealership. But not here! I’ve been an avid Chevy owner for so long, but now I’ve decided never to buy one again. Especially from Koons Chevrolet GMC Tysons More
