Keita was a great champion who embraced the challenges of any seemingly obstacle. He had the candid ability to make me feel as if I was his only customer. His spirit was joyful, determined and, of course, professional. He always responded to my every call or text message (and there were plenty). It is not uncommon for a sales associate to work with a customer and become disinterested after a short period when no conclusive purchase seems to be in sight. This was not the case with Keita; when I told him no deal, he came back with a deal that I could not refuse. He gladly addressed all my concerns and worried management on my behalf -- but in a nice way. I quickly discovered that Keita was willing to go the extra mile and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was “a satisfied customer.” Because of Keita, I would not hesitate to return to Koons for my next purchase, nor would I hesitate to give him referrals.
