Overall, I had a great experience at Koons of Silver Springs. From the moment I sent the first email to Debbie she responded quickly with a great price. We met that day and i was greeted like i was part of the "family" so to say. Sulli took over from there as my sales associate. What a friendly guy. We immediately went out to test drive my new mustang and the rest was history from there! Sulli worked with me and the managers to get me the most out of my trade which i greatly appreciated. In the process he even offered me a beverage from his own personal stock and even part of his subway sandwich as i waited for finance. The only down side was the wait for finance (there were a few people buying cars that night). Once in finance, the process was less than 30 mins. My new vehicle had a few scuff marks and Sulli filled out all the paperwork without hesitation to get everything fixed. I drove about 2 hours to this dealership and was highly pleased with my experience! I would highly recommend Koons of SIlver Springs for anyone in the market for a new Ford. I would also highly recommend a new Mustang as well...what a car! More
