I took my car for service to Koons after the other dealership failed to even care about what was wrong with my car. Don and Matt promised, AND DELIVERED, service. My problem was not a common one, but in the long run, with help from Ford Technical, they found my problem and fixed it. I was treated like a person, not anything less. I did not go onto the showroom floor, but the Service department has my two thumbs up. More

Not only did they provide the best price in the area, but they also put forth an exceptional effort in dealing with my busy work and family schedule. They actually came and dropped off a demo at my house and picked my car to take in for an appraisal. They then actively sought out the exact vehicle I desired, eventually obtaining it from another dealer and had everything ready for me. My total time at the dealership was about an hour and a half. Brian Orlove and Danaj Edmond provided tremendous service. They worked hard to meet all of my buying goals, offering advice and help at every turn. Simon was extremely patient and worked with me to review and finish all of the paperwork. For the first time in my 42 years, I left a car dealership completely satisfied, and strongly recommend this dealership,especially Brian and Danaj, to anyone looking to buy or lease a new Ford vehicle. Good prices, decent salesman. Follow thru very bad! Bought a used 2010 Honda Odyssey from them, and got the price right over the phone, definitely work with us on that. So sales part was good!! But the down fall was the navigation dvd that comes with the van and headphones were not with the vehicle, so we were told they would take care of it. Well its three weeks and still nothing! Have called several times and was told that the guy in the inventory (Raghubar "Ricky" Deonarain)is going to order it for us and that was well over a week ago. So very upset with this for it seems they made their deal and not worrying about the customer after the sale is final. Very disappointed for it would have been a great experience working with them. So be careful when trying to get something they owe you! UPDATE: Customer Relations Manager (Linda Doherty)did follow up with an apology and that she would be compensating you for the NAV DVD and headphones More

I inquired whether or not the vehicle was a Limited Edition and what color was the interior. I received a response from salesman Kevin Berkheimer introducing himself and asking me to come in because " This low mile Navigator wont last!" He didn't answer my questions. I responded asking him to answer my questions and I could possible come in the next day. He eventually replied with "Yes this is the L limited edition. Its fully loaded and the interior color is gray. These are very hot vehicles and they go very fast. We are open till 9pm tonight, would you be able to come in today at all?" I set my appointment for the next morning at 10:30am. I got there and met Kevin and his manager David Song. Kevin went to get the vehicle so I could look at it and possibly test drive it. The moment he drove up I could see that it was NOT the Limited Edition model he told me it was. I told him there was no need for me to even test drive it. On my way out the door, Mr. Song asked me did I absolutely have to have the Limited Edition model and then asked me what was the difference between the Limited Edition and the basic model. I thought it rather unusual that a sales manager would ask a customer what's the difference between specific models but I told him anyway. He told me what I was looking for was rare and hard to find. Then he offered to show me some other vehicles and of course I declined. My time was wasted. I was deliberately deceived just so they could get me in the door to try to sell me something I didn't even want to begin with -- and that's no way to do business. Fortunately, I found and purchased the EXACT vehicle I wanted at another dealership later that day and got a much better price than what Koons Silver Spring Ford / Lincoln was offering. Yes, I was lied to and inconvenienced but it all worked out for me in the end. More

Dealership all about the sale vs continued customer support and product satisfaction. Dealership refuses to support the product they sell in the result of failures. Having a brand new 2013 fusion incur multiple problems in first 6 months the dealer has been unable to fix and resulted in unavailability of the car for 15+ days over 3 months. The dealer refers case to ford corporation and refuses to replace with an equivalent vehicle as it would mean a financial loss to the dealership. Dealer wants several thousand dollars to replace with an equivalent vehicle as they can't correct the problems. They claim to sell the vehicle as a franchise yet not support its quality and leave that responsibility to ford corporation. (general sale manager quote). More
I had been looking for a sports car for several months and found one on their web site on Friday. When I called the car was gone but they asked me exactly what I was looking for. John called me and found my car, he sent pictures and made sure the car had all the options I was looking for. By the following Monday he delivered the car to my office in Pennsylvania! You can't ask for more than that. I love the car and will contact John when I am ready for my next car. Awesome experience! More
