30,000 maintenance and tire replacement Took my Ford Escape in for it's regular maintenance. The day prior I hit a pothole, damaging my tire and rim. Felix thankfully told me my rim was ok b Took my Ford Escape in for it's regular maintenance. The day prior I hit a pothole, damaging my tire and rim. Felix thankfully told me my rim was ok but would need to replace the tire. I had tire insurance so he took care of clearing/approving the tire and ordering a new one. He also got me a rental so I would not have to wait at the dealership since the tire needed to be ordered. Felix kept me informed on my vehicle the entire time and let me know when it was ready to be picked up. I picked up my car later that day and Felix went over everything that was don't on the vehicle and made sure I was ok with everything before leaving. More

Great experience buying a car Overall, my experience buying a Chevy Malibu from Koons Ford Silver Spring was great. Lengthy in time, but worth it I guess in the end. John Speake Overall, my experience buying a Chevy Malibu from Koons Ford Silver Spring was great. Lengthy in time, but worth it I guess in the end. John Speake was great and easy to work with. Even though he was buy working with someone else when we walked in, he helped us right away. He is an excellent salesman to work with. The only problem we had was in the Financial Dept. The guy we were working with made some mistakes and kept saying he was sorry. We knew he mistook a figure he quoted us and then had to come back and say he was sorry he made a mistake, but the figures weren't what he quoted us. We did in the end get what we wanted though, it just took a while to get there. This is a great dealership to buy a car! More

My car doesnt get serviced anywhere else I have been going to Koons since I purchased my car in 2009 and it was Castle's Ford. I have never taken my car anywhere else, not even for an oil cha I have been going to Koons since I purchased my car in 2009 and it was Castle's Ford. I have never taken my car anywhere else, not even for an oil change. My service advisor, Harvey is the reason that I keep coming back. My original service advisor Cassandra was amazing but then she passed away unexpectedly. After that I was tossed around to different advisors. After a couple of disappointing visits, I finally met the match for my car! Harvey is always attentive, understanding and explains things about my car. Once I found out that I could request him each time, I make that my top priority. He's friendly and very thorough. Most importantly, he's honest!! That's very hard to find in a dealership at times. And, I also love Ms. Shirley. What a pleasant woman. More

Finally a GREAT Dealership After visting a host of dealerships in the area, I decided to stop in at Koons Ford. I was so over the car buying process that I really was relucant to find anything that I wanted. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from this dealership and I couldn't have met a more friendly sales person than, Fred Byrd. Fred was extremely accommodating and was able to process the sale of this lovely car in a way that gave me confidence I was definitely purchasing the appropriate auto for my needs, from a great dealership. I really appreciate the professional approach and knowledge that Fred offered. I am not going any place else when it is time to buy my next car because Fred make the buying process so easy and they offered me a GREAT price. My dream car was waiting for me at Koons! I’ve been looking for a particular type of car - Ford Mustang 2010 to 2012 - which I found at Koons in Silver Spring, MD. The good news was I was able I’ve been looking for a particular type of car - Ford Mustang 2010 to 2012 - which I found at Koons in Silver Spring, MD. The good news was I was able to take delivery during a visit to my daughter in southern Maryland, while heading back to upstate NY. The better news was the level of customer service and support after the sale the folks at Koons demonstrated as a professional dealership. Not only did they get the car ready for me to take delivery in less than 24 hours, they supported by need to use the vehicle to get back to upstate NY, by collaborating with my local Ford dealer for a few follow up items they wouldn’t have had time to address based on my schedule. This is the type of professionalism you would expect from a high quality dealership and why you choose to buy from a dealer like Koons instead of a private seller.
