Oil Change fixed Screw Up from Sport Chevrolet Took my 2012 escape go Koons Ford Silver Spring to get the oil changed and to find out why the car was making a loud grinding noise. Sport Cheverolet Took my 2012 escape go Koons Ford Silver Spring to get the oil changed and to find out why the car was making a loud grinding noise. Sport Cheverolet had done my last oil change the wrong way and oil leaked all over the air filter and into the engines... Koons Ford fixed everything and replaced the non existent oil. Instead we were immediately greeted by a smiling, polite young man, Tareq Alhegolan. In no time we had selected a vehicle for a test drive. Upon returning to the show room Jimmy, the sales manager, introduced himself.and offered to help in any way possible. Tareq then moved us on to Mike, the finial wizard, and with one last assist from Jimmy we sealed the deal. Tareq was so pleasent and helpful even coming in on his day off to present us with our new Escape, explaining all the features and accessories. Answering all our questions in detail.
