Poor Customer Service Even after waiting almost 24 hours to get the Mazda we purchased, the car was not ready. It had no gas and had smears on the dashboard, dirty windows and "tire black" smeared on the tires. The exit was blocked with an SUV so we had to turn around in a tight parking lot with two cars. It was hard to tell it was a Mazda dealer since all you see are Fords and used cars everywhere, even in front.Very limited selections of actual Mazdas More

Carfax and vehicle inspections reports Went in to buy a certified pre-owned Ford car. Bought a 2014 Ford Escape with 30K that had been a rental. Carfax and vehicle inspections reports were clean, but after a few days, with closer inspection, noticed that driver door had had work and did not close flush with the passenger door. To make a long story short, was able to trade it for a new car but was surprised that they would actually offer a car like that as a pre-certified in their lot. The sales person, Elliot Bourne went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks to Elliot and the Finance person, ended up with a Mazda 3 that I absolutely love. More
