I do not recommend buying from this company. Ease do your research and thoroughly inspect the vehicle you are looking to purchase. Shady business done here. Spoke with the Manager Alex and the customer Manager Ruth Aguilar for about my issues. Alex purposely hid defects of a vehicle from me that I didn't see until after the fact. Their argument was that the vehicle passed inspection so they done nothing wrong.I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if I had known about them rather it passed inspection or not and then when brought up to Ruth Aguilar, she tells me that a used vehicle is not going to be in Mint shape. Totally ignoring the fact that I never even had a chance to make that decision at the time of negotiation. More

I have had my truck for less than a week for the month I have "owned" the truck. When test driving, I noticed the backup camera wasn't working and an alarm would show on the dash saying a break light was out. As part of the You Owe and We owe I included that they would fix the backup camera along with the light. They claimed to fix the light that day and scratched it off the We owe list. They said the part was on order and they would call me when it came in. Couple days later I got a call asking me to drop the truck off. Dropped it off and after week I called to inquire about the status. Still waiting on parts they said after they told me they had them. Another week goes by and I can pick it up. Pick up my truck and on the way home immediately the truck started saying the parking light was out. At this time I noticed the backup camera was not correct and certainly not OEM. Called and spoke to Alex who said no worries bring it back and we will fix it. Couple days go by and they got it fixed. Called me up to let me know they even had a driver bring it to me at work (because they had someone interested in the loaner they gave me and I wasn't able to drop it off for a couple days). The driver dropping the truck off said the backup camera was aftermarket and not what came with it and gave him difficulty because it wasn't right. I had a quick break between interviews at work and took a drive. The backup camera went black and wouldn't work. Called Alex who was nice enough to have the driver turn around and get the truck back for them to fix. Alex keeps saying they source out the work and they only install aftermarket because OEM isn't available. Well right on Mopar.com website is the OEM backup camera kit number 82214240AC. I just want the service done correctly and with the right parts. Alex is saying they can't provide that service. In my opinion the you owe and we owe should be void and I'm allowed out since it's not being repaired correctly. Instead of spending 3000 on an extended warranty I should have just bought the camera myself and saved 2500 dollars. Just fix the truck correctly is all I want. While Alex has been pleasant, I no longer have any confidence in Koons dealerships. I live an hour and a half away and taking this much time back and forth for an issue to not be fixed correctly is poor taste More
I live in Tulsa Oklahoma and found the perfect car through USAA at Koons Outlet in Virginia on Friday during my lunch break. Asked for info and Kori immediately got me all the info and then some. Flew to Virginia Saturday, walked into dealership at 5pm and walked out with everything done by 6:30PM. They replaced a tire at no cost and Joe was great with getting the paperwork done fast. Transparent pricing, professional staff and went the extra mile to quickly solve the few small issues that happened. Now I just have to drive my new car 12 hours home! More

The vehicle was not ready but Moe (super friendly salesman) and Jason (very accommodating manager) told me that they will get the vehicle detailed and ready for me. The van had low mileage, clean car fax, reasonable price, and in good condition. Given that it took more than a week to get it detailed, the van came out looking like new. It was clean and ready for me to drive. I was very impressed with their customer service. I requested to get 4 instead of 2 new tires and that was granted. They also delivered the van to my residence since I was unable to come due to health reasons. When husband went back to get the windows checked, which turned out to be fine, he mentioned about a knob ring that was missing. Jason said he will order it for us as well! I was really glad to hear that! I can't wait to get it in a couple of days. I was so impressed on how easy it is to get in touch with them, either via email or phone call, and how they respond to our requests. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. More

Offered $18500 out the door told me it was $21000 out the door. Now I'm not here trying to rip any one off, but seriously what type of dealership is this that actually says no to negotiating. Might as well be Carmax. Plus the sales guy sounded like he was just trying to make money, trying to get me to finance, yeah nice try buddy. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone trying to save money, go here if you don't want your dollar to go far. More

Had a Great Experience I was looking for a car to use for my new job with a much longer commute. I decided the Honda Civic would be a good fit for what I wanted but I needed I was looking for a car to use for my new job with a much longer commute. I decided the Honda Civic would be a good fit for what I wanted but I needed it to fit inside my budget. I found a civic online and stopped by the store the next day. My salesperson Aaron did a great job showing me the features on the civic and made the whole process stress free. I would definitely return the next time I need a car or send a friend. More
Awful experience, what a waste of time Not very good business practices, I was about to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder, spoke to the sales person, was given a price ($15,000) he lowered it to Not very good business practices, I was about to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder, spoke to the sales person, was given a price ($15,000) he lowered it to $13,000 but was trying to sell me a service contract for $1,600 and GAP Insurance for $350, which brought the price back to $15,000 I refused the "OPTIONAL" service contract, which upset the finance person, he said that without it, the price was going back to $15,000. So with or without the service contract the price is $15,000. he took (Snatched from my hand) the references page that I was filling out, and said good bye. Greg, the Finance person had an attitude a bit arrogant. Nate, the sales person called me and agreed that they were rude, apologized, invited me over agreeing to the original deal. I went there, only to find out that they went back on their word. What a bunch of clowns, wasting their time, my time, my gas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KOONS OUTLET. They are overpriced, try to oversell you service contracts. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody More
