This is the worst most ghetto place I have been to. They actually broke the glass on my windshield at one point which luckily my husband caught right away or it would have never been resolved. Then another time I had a rep give me false info and treat me very rudely. There have been many times when I had an appointment for oil change and it takes 3 hours. One time I had an appointment For a vehicle problem. I go there because that is where I bought vehicle. I waited 3 hours and then they told me They did not have time and I had to come back next day. I tried to schedule an oil change there recently and had to call numerous times no answer. Transferred to a machine. When people answer they transfer you to a machine where you can’t leave a message. Or they promise to call you back and never call. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have given them so many chances to redeem themselves but always fail. I am finding another location. Gran decepción, frustración, rabia y demás sentimientos negativos me están haciendo pasar en el Departamento de Servicios de este dealer en Woodbridge: el lunes en la tarde les lleve mi Kia Sportage, con u negativos me están haciendo pasar en el Departamento de Servicios de este dealer en Woodbridge: el lunes en la tarde les lleve mi Kia Sportage, con un mes de comprado, porque se insertó un tornillo en la llanta trasera derecha; me dijeron que estaba cubierta por la garantía y “supuestamente” la repararon. Salí de allí y 5 millas después tenía flat tire nuevamente. Lo regresé en una grúa y ya no me pudieron atender porque era tarde; el carro estuvo allí toda la noche y ayer lo llevaron a mi casa, otra vez, “supuestamente reparado”; anoche volví a tener flat tire y tuve que pagar una grúa, 95 dólares, para moverlo a casa. Hoy estoy sin carro, pagando Uber para ir a trabajar y del Dealer me dicen que ni saben cuándo cambiarán la llanta por una nueva porque no la tienen en stock. Seguiré informando pero, visto lo visto, no recomiendo este dealer para comprar vehículos. Son poco serios y engañosos. More

I didn't have the problem with the service, I had the problem with them washing my car, they did a bad wash job , I showed it to Kirolos the gentleman that helped. I was very disappointment . I am going through cancer and I can not afford a new car, I bought my Kia brand new in 2011 and I maintain service, and I keep it clean, I feel like since its a 2012 they feel like they dont need to clean it like the other new vehicles Ruby Baptist. This Service department needs an overhaul in customer care. After contacting the Service department twice via their messaging service. Asking them what to do after our car was towed and given the fact care. After contacting the Service department twice via their messaging service. Asking them what to do after our car was towed and given the fact that hybrids can be damaged when not towed properly. Twice we were promised a call back and it never happened. Frustrated, we made a Service appointment for the free alignment check. Arriving there, the service desk told me: "WE NEVER CALL BACK, WE DON'T KNOW WHY THE MESSAGING SERVICE TELLS THAT". Wow, i should have turned around and walked. I was also told that the free alignment check would be just a visual check and the car would not be going on any machine. I knew something was off with the steering so I agreed to the $99 alignment. I asked if they could check the for any other damage the towing company could have cost. I'm certain that this request was not conveyed to the repair man. From now on, i will be using a different dealership for any service i need. More
If i could give them 0 stars i would. The service department is incompetent. Take your car somewhere else for service. Beware of bogus unnecessary repairs. Twice i was told repairs were needed that turned out not to be needed. Twice was told necessary repairs would fix my ongoing issue and twice it did not fix the issue. Was even told i needed a belt replaced that was actually replaced 1 week prior to my visit there. They never return calls. The service department at this dealership will suck the life right out of you if you let them. If you have to deal with a service advisor please try to deal with the same advisor for your issues. If you start dealing with more than 1 service advisor, the other never knows wha the other one has done or has said regarding your issue. Find an independent repair shop or another service department all together. In my opinion everyone in that service department are incompetent and scammers. More
Returned from deployment and chose to have my car serviced before relocating out of state. My car had been sitting for months, but I had no issues using it the week prior to getting serviced. No issues were reported to me. I drove the car out of state and after being parked for more than 24 hrs, the car wouldn't start. I had to get a jump. The following day, I had the same issue. After receiving another jump, took the car to AutoZone where the battery terminal was discovered to be loose. I bought the necessary piece and have not issues since. When I called Koons Kia to report that either they loosened the terminal and failed to tighten it or overlooked the fact it was loose in the first place, I was told there was nothing could be done. I can't get a partial refund, and since I'm no longer in the state, I can't bring my car in to have it checked again. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't given this dealership my business and will encourage my family and friends in the area to take the service elsewhere. More

ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced at a dealership, after the sale was finalized. Why can't I select 0 stars for these jerks? Sure, you are the best person ever, when you walk into this dealership....ONLY when you are a potential buyer. Afterwards, you're just a number, if that. The 8 hour day I spent there when purchasing the vehicle, everyone was cordial, wanted to help in any way possible. Now, its nothing but voicemails and "call back tomorrow, we're busy"... or "we've moved buildings" "sorry, I sold 27 cars this month I was busy"... excuse after excuse. Wow, thanks Koons Kia. I've heard that response for the 5th time when calling with dealer/car issues. I'd be fired from my job for such behavior where customer service should be a priority at a dealership. Now I have to make multiple calls over 5-10 business days just to begin to get issues resolved by sales, financial and the service departments. ALL dealership related issues. NONE of the issues I've been dealing with during the past 30 days were my fault. They were all Koons Kia employee's faults as they rushed me through the entire process. Now I am wasting hours upon hours dealing with these jerks. Including having to drive 2hrs one way, so that they have to resolve my issues when we are face-to-face, because they don't return calls. Why do you ask? Because they know I am 2 hours away... and they don't think I will drive to Koons, to confront them on their mistakes when they continually ignore me. If you need help after the sale, due to their negligence... save 4 days of your time, per issue, and plan on 10-15 phone calls, only to be put into someone's voice mail that NEVER EVER calls you back. I DID NOT spend $50,000 on a vehicle to be treated like a red-headed step child at Koons Kia, when the mistakes are YOURS. Your dealership made all the mistakes, now take a few xxxx mintues and correct them. And of course I am pissed off now. Your treatment of me and my issues are bull$hit. Utterly, complete BULL$HIT! How about the 2 weeks it took to have my bumper fixed after the Service Dept. drilled 5 holes into a brand new bumper when I told the salesman Timothy NOT too? 1 week of that time was me leaving messages... NOT one person called me back. I had to drive there and confront them. Note, after the bumper repair was done by "their body work guy" and my first car detail/wash, I noticed overspray on the bumper and botched clear coat in several locations. xxxx poor job. But I guess the 5 holes for a plate are not visible now.... all done on a brand new $50,000 car with 26 miles on it. How about the SD card for the GPS that was ripped out of the back of Owners Manual? It was missing and I had to drive back to VA to get it. Again, no return call when I asked where it was. How about the $795 I paid for the LUXCARE package that was NEVER applied, and I was lied too about it. Again, I had to take hours of my personal time to go back to get it taken care of... after multiple phone calls with no answers, just voicemails. And I never got the personal box of bottles of protectant for reapplications. Its not worth calling these jerks about it now How about me calling 4 business days before my temp tags expired, asking where my plates were? No response from Title & Tags for 9 days. I had to call a manager.... only after I was pulled over by the cops due to expired tags. Why were my Extended Warranties never funded until 2 days ago? I called Assurant to check on my warranty coverages and was told I had none! Why am I still taking credit hits/inquiries 30 days after the purchase from Kia? why did I pay sales tax in 2 states VA/PA? I was charged for tax, title, tags by KOONS, and they never even filed the paperwork. Another scam I am trying to resolve. Over $3,000. More
