I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I am disappointed with the way the situation was handled by the Service Manager. I brought in my 2023 Kia with no cracked windshield and left the dea I am disappointed with the way the situation was handled by the Service Manager. I brought in my 2023 Kia with no cracked windshield and left the dealership with a huge crack. The only explanation I was given is that it was somehow my fault because there was apparently a small chip in the windshield that caused the crack when your mechanic scraped off the sticker to put the new safety sticker on the vehicle. I have never seen anything like that in all my years of owning a vehicle, especially from a dealership I have bought two vehicles from and was considering buying a third vehicle. Once, a BMW dealership in Tucson chipped my windshield years ago and they fixed the problem immediately and replaced the entire windshield. Additionally, the service manager stated that he was the authority, and nobody was above him. Having spent 21 years in the military, I know we all have bosses, and if his name is not Koons, then he is not the ultimate boss. In my experience, when someone goes on that type of defensive attack, they are most likely at fault. Finally, the main reason we went to the dealership was to fix an OBD Error Code (Engine Light) for Evap Emission Ctrl. System Small Leak detected, and that was not resolved. This is the second time we've been to your dealership (third time total) regarding this issue, and your team has done nothing to resolve it. You probably understand where I am going with this and my frustration with this dealership’s service department. Do not get your car serviced through Koons Kia you may get blamed for a crack windshield. More
