Find another dealership I purchased the vehicle and less then a month service light was on and the brakes and rotors were bad. Scheduled an appointment and was told they were OK. Upon leaving same issue was then a month service light was on and the brakes and rotors were bad. Scheduled an appointment and was told they were OK. Upon leaving same issue was happening! when I brought it back. They charged me $800 and told me it wasn’t under warranty that I paid $3000 for. courtesy they could’ve fixed it or told me about it before I bought it. They just lost two extra sales from my wife and daughter. More

My wife and I both wasted hours dealing with various employees, were lied to, had emails and texts ignored, were texted fraudulent invoices with no explanation of work performed, and treated like lunatics for simply wanting our car repaired on the day and price agreed to. AND THE AIR CONDITIONING STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. More

The first time they cut my rotors wrong, went back and one of the sales guys gave me $20 for the “inconvenience”; and this recent time, they DIDNT TIGHTEN MY LUG NUTS on the drivers side tire. I thought it was my wheel bearing - that’s how’s bad it was. This is unacceptable. I have children and drive over an hour to get serviced there and will NEVER return. More
