It took this dealer six months to fix an EPB problem. Funny that as soon as I wouldn’t get back to their calls, they were quick to threaten with $85 a day parking fee. For the first two weeks we rented another car elsewhere, thinking it would be a quick fix, but all things considered, we had to either buy or lease another car. I was interested in one of their electric vehicles. We talked to the manager, but he had no offers worth the trouble, neither to lease, nor to rent, and the same happened at a different Kia dealer, though they were nicer, so we just took our business elsewhere. I must say that I am no stranger to either Kia or to this dealer, I have bought two brand new cars from them, the first of which I sold them back, I have financed through them, I recommended them to a friend who has bought two used cars from them. They could have shown a little more interest. Personally, I am done with Kia and with this dealer. More
