But these two items were not necessary at the time and could safely be deferred for one more year. That's what I call customer service! More

Wow! From the start, I told Darrell that the service department forgot to call me to let me know the part for my vehicle had come in and I had to wait. I was told b another service representative that department forgot to call me to let me know the part for my vehicle had come in and I had to wait. I was told b another service representative that it was going to take 4 hours to install shocks (I think it was shocks, can't remember). He asked if I could drop the car off, I told him no because I didn't have a ride. When I had a ride, no one called me. Once I told Darrell I wasn't happy that I now had to wait 4 hours, he apologized and said he would do all he could to expedite the service so I wouldn't have to wait that long. During my wait, he kept me informed the whole way as to what they were doing and why. He was great, pleasant to deal with and I felt he was being honest in his assessment of my vehicle. Why? Because some of the information he told me had already been told to me by someone else, that's why I felt like he was being honest. He was GREAT and I would come back to Kia simply because of him. You should think about hiring people that know how to do their job and most importantly know how to treat customers. This was the worst customer service I ever had.
