I visited the center for my recall maintenance and they were not serious and not cooperative. They said, they don't have the part, will order and fix in a week. I've been using this Service center exclusively since 2012. I've spent over $5,000 recently 'chasing' a problem. It started with wheel lig nuts not tightened on one wheel, and cross threaded on another 2012. I've spent over $5,000 recently 'chasing' a problem. It started with wheel lig nuts not tightened on one wheel, and cross threaded on another. Many months later, I brought it in for a regular service and reported an engine noise. It was diagnosed as front wheel bearings - repair authorized. But a worse noise developed and I felt it was unsafe to drive. Car returned and noise diagnosed as rear wheel bearings - repair authorized. Within a short distance I noticed yet another noise. Returned car again, this time diagnosed as front axles - repair authorized. Although barely audible now, what I thought was an engine noise is still perceptible. My confidence and trust in this facility has greatly diminished. More
