My Experience I traded my 2015 Kia Soul in for a 2017 two years ago and I have regretted it ever since. I have made numerous attempts to have the contact informatio I traded my 2015 Kia Soul in for a 2017 two years ago and I have regretted it ever since. I have made numerous attempts to have the contact information updated to my name, since I'm the one that actually makes the payments and it's my car. However, from the minute we added my significant other's name, everything goes to him. I can't even update the information online, even though I'm on there also. I have to wonder if it's b/c I'm a woman. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for this reason. More
Severely Disappointed & $800 Wrongfully Stolen I had my car repaired at Kia. I was told on the phone it would be $68 for 1 service parts and labor and $180 for the second. Because the price was so I had my car repaired at Kia. I was told on the phone it would be $68 for 1 service parts and labor and $180 for the second. Because the price was so minimal I agreed to the work. When I was told my car was ready to pick up I was told my bill would be almost $1,200. I talked to the service representative (Marcos) and the service manage (Sam). I was told to get my car I'd need to pay it now and we could request the phone call through IT, which would take 3 to 5 business days. I waited 2 weeks to let them resolve the situation before I began calling daily. My calls and voicemails were duitily ignored to the point where I had to take off work to go in and talk to them about where the IT investigation is and where is the ~$800 they owe me. I am now on week four of waiting and the phone call has still not been provided to me. I've even gone as far as to call the General Manager and leave him a voicemail and, shocker, I still have not heard from him and it's been 4 days. If you value your hard earned dollar go anywhere but this Kia dealership. I've been severely disappointed and received a financial burden for something I DID NOT approve. More

Lying, incompetent, or lazy ? Had the car for two days, could not diagnose a problem after I explained the symptoms and likely cause three times. I asked what the issue was with the ac and the guy couldn't find anything from the tech on the form. he said he needed to go check with his. he comes back a few minutes later and tells me the tech forgot to check it and to give him 5 minutes and they will be done. the tech comes in to get the key and said sorry I didn't see it written on the form. seriously?? it was there. 20 minutes later they still weren't done. I went back to ask how much longer and was told they were recharging the ac and putting die in there and I would need to come back in 2 weeks because there was a leak and they didn't know where it was from. was again told it would be just a few minutes. 30 minutes later I went back to the counter and was told they would go ahead and check me out because the tech was getting ready to pull my car out 20 minutes later and still nothing. at this time I was really mad. went back in again and asked how much longer and the guy got up and went into the service area and came back 5 minutes later and said they found the leak and a rock hit my condenser and it wasn't covered under warranty. first off how do you know a rock hit it? are a little man that is sitting under my hood and knows what is going on? second this is a brand new car and this isn't covered? I am beyond mad. waiting for well over 3 hours doesn't help. I left there and am ready to trade this car in on something other than a kia. More

Terrible Warranty Service I have a 2014 Kia Optima SXL that was purchased at this dealership. I drive very little, so the car has less than 15,000 miles on it. In short, never take your vehicle here for warranty service. It doesn't matter how small the issue is. They are incapable of fixing anything. They must hire mechanics that were fired from Jiffy Lube. My car has been in and out of their shop many times for various reasons, and every time they find a way to make the experience terrible. My most recent experience involved a clunking noise that my car started making about a month ago while going over bumps and also while turning the steering wheel side to side while parked. It's very easy to hear. My service advisor stated she can hear it clearly and reproduce it too. I took the car in 2 weeks ago for a first attempt at fixing the problem. Parts had to be ordered since this shop never stocks parts for their mainstream family sedan. Picked the car up 3 days later. During a stop, I turned the steering wheel right and left, and naturally the clunking noise is still there. Extremely obvious that nobody bothered to test the vehicle after the 'repair'. A few days later I drop the car off again, and I confirm once again that the service advisor hears the noise and she agrees that something is wrong. This time the car sits in the shop for a full week. This time around, some parts in the steering column were (supposedly) replaced. I pick the car up again, drive it down the road, stop, and turn the wheel right and left again. The clunk is still there and now it's worse. So I have a 2 year old vehicle with 15,000 miles on it and a simple defect that this joke of a dealership is apparently unable to fix. A problem that they agree is there, and they know how to reproduce. And yet they keep returning the car to me with the same exact noise. I don't know whether they're simply stupid or they are hoping that I somehow won't notice. Either way it's utterly disgusting behavior from the dealership that I purchased a $35,000 car from. I've also had the car sit in the dealership for over 2 weeks while waiting for a rattle in my dashboard to be fixed (which of course came back). And I had to wait 2-3 weeks each time I had to get my taillights replaced when they filled with water (happened twice, thanks Kia engineering). Don't buy anything here unless you place on having it serviced elsewhere. More

The technician, Donald, fixed the problem with the seat cover and eliminated a rattle. I appreciate the service reps and technicians at Koons Kia! More
