Less than spectacular deal, lousy after sales experience. My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales manager said they would have them buffed out if we brought it back on either Tuesday or Thursday. We liked the car and although the deal was middling ok, rather than exceptional or even good, we agreed. We also added a minimal service agreement. I usually don’t get these, but my wife asked for it so we agreed and purchased the car with the service agreement. That afternoon/evening was overcast, and when we looked at the car in the sun the next morning, we saw many additional scratches in the finish, along with a minor dimple (small dent) in the body. We decided to see how well the scratch repair tech would do. We live about an hour’s drive away (longer in traffic) and getting there and back takes a big chunk out of our day, but the next Tuesday, as specified by the salesman, but we came in on Tuesday, as they specified, and the scratch repair man was not available. Hour’s drive back. We went back on Thursday (an hour up, and an hour back, plus time to get the job done), and had the scratches ‘fixed’. They did a horrible job. Some of it looks worse after they were through than before. While we were waiting, we noticed that another customer that was having service performed was being badgered about getting additional services (I believe he had an oil change and he service rep wanted him to add tire rotation). The service rep argued with the customer. That afternoon, we talked things over, and given our experience with the scratches, and the lack of quality at this dealership, coupled with the way we saw them argue with a customer, and given the distance to the dealership, we decided to cancel the service contract, as was our right under the agreement. We went back to the dealership, and after being kept waiting again, they canceled it, but said that we had to wait until the next day to pick up the refund check. Again, following their instruction, showing up when they had specified, an hour’s drive each way, taking another chunk out of my day and when I got there, they could not find the check (they thought it might be locked up in the desk of someone who was unavailable, or maybe they had mailed it). I had to stand around and wait for them to void the first check and cut me another check. I will be dealing with the scratches myself. More
We went to dayz brooks and she was wonderful! Could have not asked for a better sales person she met all our needs and also helped with out kiddos that didn't want to be in the dealership. I filled the application online, told them what I want it and specifically told them that I wanted the number to be clear. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was quoted on a car that I didn't requested, I was low ball on the price of my trade in, and when I ask questioned I was treated like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. It is sad that I was told by the Kia Dealers on Fredericksburg, VA that Koons Kia was known for that. People with lack of customer service skills shouldn't sell cars. More

She provided excellent service.However, the dealer was supposed to transfer the tags from the old vehicle that I traded in, which they did not do. For five months, I was driving an unregistered vehicle without knowing until I was pulled over. I went to MVA in Maryland to straighten things up. I was told this vehicle does not have any records in Maryland. I called the manager of the dealer, she was very rude and unapologetic, she then transferred me to the sales manager who sent me temporary tags and promised to fix everything in 30 days.A month later my temporary tags are expired, I went to MVA in Maryland, they said same things my vehicle does not have record in Maryland. By the way, I have been paying car note every month. Very disappointed customer. More
