First and foremost there is nothing you can do you have lost my business and you can rest assure all of my friends and family. Social media is a very powerful tool. I simply came in to get some price quotes on some parts for my kia. Simply right??? HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I KNOW MORE THAN THE GIRL HELPING ME. NOT ONLY THAT YOU SHOULD PROBABLY TELL HER TO PUT HER PHONE AWAY WHILE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS. SERIOUSLY WHO HIRED THIS GIRL. YOU SHOULD PUT MORE THINK PROCESS INTO WHO YOU HIRE TO BE A PART OF YOUR TEAM. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR WORTHLESS DEALERSHIP. YOU ALL ARE A JOKE. Im assuming your addressing these issues with your employees or better yet maybe you're hiring some new ones since you have not wrote back again. like I said in my previous messages if my reviews do not go on this webpage I will not stop until the public knows how worthless this dealership is.
