Koons Kia performs superbly every time I take in my 2018 Soul for service. They are extremely professional, honest, respectful and courteous and are always aware of the customer's time. In addition, they apply coupons and/or promo deals upfront. The waiting area is also comfortable with plenty of seating, WiFi, TV, free snacks, and vending machines. The restrooms are always spotless. I have experience with a few Kia dealerships in the DMV area and Koons is the best by far. I have moved to the Midwest, however, and unfortunately won't be able to entrust my car to them again. I will miss you, Koons Kia! More

DO NOT TRUST THEM AND THEY ARE RUDE! They use a low tag price to attract customers and actually the OTD price is very high. They even charge $2000 destination fee for used cars. When I tried to negotiate the price and discuss about taking an inspection, the salesman called Khal became very impatient and he just asked me, "Tell me why you are here. Do you really want to buy a car or not?" (I didn't low ball and I just think $2000 destination fee is not reasonable) And after 5 more minutes of discussion, he just pointed at the door, "Go, just go home". Super arrogant and impolite attitude of these people. And when I leaved and tried to keep the quotes, Khal just grabbed it from my hands and yelled at me, "This doesn't belong to you. This is the property of this company, not you. " More

This is the worst most ghetto place I have been to. They actually broke the glass on my windshield at one point which luckily my husband caught right away or it would have never been resolved. Then another time I had a rep give me false info and treat me very rudely. There have been many times when I had an appointment for oil change and it takes 3 hours. One time I had an appointment For a vehicle problem. I go there because that is where I bought vehicle. I waited 3 hours and then they told me They did not have time and I had to come back next day. I tried to schedule an oil change there recently and had to call numerous times no answer. Transferred to a machine. When people answer they transfer you to a machine where you can’t leave a message. Or they promise to call you back and never call. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have given them so many chances to redeem themselves but always fail. I am finding another location. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! First, do not trust the lower sticker prices. They advertise lower prices only then to add exorbitant processing fees, maintenance fees, etc. Sticker price on the Ford F150 lower sticker prices. They advertise lower prices only then to add exorbitant processing fees, maintenance fees, etc. Sticker price on the Ford F150 I was looking at was $35K. Obviously TTL and processing fees need to be added to that. Most other dealerships I dealt with added an average of $3,500. Koons Kia added $6,000. Their drive off price was over $41,000, $6,000 higher than the sticker price. Secondly, do not trust their word. They are liars. One GM, Tim, agreed to a price of $39.6K after I informed him I had my own financing. Moments later, he went back on his word and said that price was only if I financed through them. NO INTEGRITY. I walked away. The next day the salesman, Kevin, who I believe is only trying to do the right thing, called me and apologized for the way things happened and said he would speak to another manager. The next manager, Matt, agreed to the price of $39.6K with me providing my own financing. I was in the process of picking up the check from my bank to deliver to the dealership when they called and said the deal was off. I understand wanting to make a profit. But at what cost? Lying? Breaking your word? Being dishonest? These managers are not to be trusted. Learn from my mistake. Shop elsewhere. More
