AWESOME Experience I bought my 2nd Kia Soul from Koons on 10/11/2016. My 2013 Kia Soul was totaled on 10/4/16 and I was not sure how I would ever be able to get into an I bought my 2nd Kia Soul from Koons on 10/11/2016. My 2013 Kia Soul was totaled on 10/4/16 and I was not sure how I would ever be able to get into another car; but Kevin Roy & Angel (Finance Manager) worked a deal for me to get a 2016 Kia Soul and I am FOREVER grateful!! About a year ago, I bought a car from another dealer in the area and was very unhappy with the sales and service departments because they did not keep their word. Worst Customer Service Experience Trevor was rude and hung up on me today, while I was talking to him about my disappointment about how he could not honor a price he gave me the previo Trevor was rude and hung up on me today, while I was talking to him about my disappointment about how he could not honor a price he gave me the previous day. I would have came in that night but he told me I would get there pretty late and it would take a while to get paper work completed. So we discussed coming in the following day. I requested the GM,s phone number which he would not give to me. He also told me to stop talking several times as I speaking to him about the issue, which at no time did I curse at him. I have never been treated so rudely I'm my life. This is the worst experience ever and he lacks professionalism for a business to have him in a manager role. More
