I recently had recall work and safety inspection on my 2015 Kia Optima. Cynthia D. Harvey was the service advisor and she was very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and polite. Got bullied for using their website.....DO NOT go here if you want a transparent price up front. I called the dealer with a very simple goal: to get a quote sent to my email with the itemized, out-the-do you want a transparent price up front. I wanted to protect myself from being in a pressure-cooker environment at the dealer and making a negotiating mistake that would result in my paying a higher price than I needed to. The sales manager referred me to Adam who promptly sent me a text message. I gave him my email and asked for an itemized quote. He proceed to text me that a car I was looking at online "is about 30k out the door". Not only was this about as imprecise as you can get, but it was $9,110 more than what was listed on their website as the "FINAL PRICE".....a 43% price increase over text. I asked Adam if the prices online were accurate and he curtly told me there was a "market adjustment". Realizing I was not going to get a quote from him, I went on their website and followed these steps (go ahead and try it yourself): 1. Went to the new inventory list and clicked on the car I was looking for 2. Clicked "Start My Purchase Online" 3. Followed the steps until I finally got an itemized quote of the car price, rebates, tag & title, estimated taxes, etc. 4. I printed the quote and sent a picture to Adam and let him know this is what I was looking for the whole time. This clearly upset the salesman and he told me it was not accurate and not from them. He insisted I must have gotten the quote off of Truecars. After the 4th time asking for the emailed quote, he insisted again that I come in person, saying "I've given you estimates". Why have a website if your customers are not allowed to use it? Protect yourself and do not go to this dealership! They clearly want to size up their prey in person. More
Kristin was very helpful and handled all of my questions in a timely manner. Both Kristin and her sales manager Chris were very transparent about the pricing and process which saved me a lot of time and he in a timely manner. I usually dislike the dealership experience but Chris and Kristin made it an absolute joy purchasing a car...especially in this crazy market! Would definitely buy from them again! More
