Went to this Kia dealer after reading all the negative reviews on other Baltimore dealers. Tom Little told us he would have pricing and all the new incentive info for my husband. I called his cell he had no clue about the new pricing AND per Al Riddock they don't even have our mode 2011 Sedona l in stock. What a waste of time. We'll just wait out the Japan shortage and get a Toyota when we can afford a decent car. More

Al Riedick, the sales manager, was clearly busily working behind the scenes to get the car I wanted from another dealership while the salesman was answering my questions and showing me around the dealership. Even the financial analyst was helpful in getting me a better rate than I had secured and looking at various financing options to manage my monthly payment. He explained everything clearly and was patient and seemed geniunely concerned about what works best for me. Everybody at Koons KIA seems to work together towards helping the customer and are happy to be there. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!! More
