Bought a car and they messed up the paper work. They did not pay off my trade in as agreed upon. I found out two months later. Then they wanted to redo the contract and it would have cost me more money. I w not pay off my trade in as agreed upon. I found out two months later. Then they wanted to redo the contract and it would have cost me more money. I was told this was my fault for not picking up their error. In the meantime they had sold my trade in. They kept telling me they would loose 3000 dollars on it to make it right but in the meantime I am in limbo. I have my old bank going after my credit because I didn't make a car payment in two months that I was not responsible for. I called 1 month after the deal and told them they had not payed off the car and I was assured it would be fixed. It was not and according to Wendy I should have called one of the people who gave me a card instead of someone in their finance department. Again my fault that they don't follow up on their mistakes. Stay away from this dealership. More
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Koons of Owings Mills. I made a phone call and was fortunate for Jonathan to be on the other end - 24 hours later I drove home with a new car. From dealing with Jonathan my Sales Consultant, Al the Manager, and James the Financial consultant my experience couldn't have been better. I dealt with several local dealers (Delaware & PA) and found shopping for a new KIA very painful. Driving to Owings Mills was well worth the trip and I highly recommend the dealership especially Jonathan. More
When approached the dealership, I was greeted by Ms. Morgan with a smile and a firm handshake. She was very knowledgeable concerning the cars that were available. I informed her that I was a repeat Kia customer and wanted to purchase a new Sorento, she immediately begin to show me what automobiles were avaiable for my purchase. She did not push me into a sale nor did she pressure me into buying anything at that time. When I explained to her that I would be purchasing this automobile through MECU, she got Mr. Little who assisted her with the sale. He was very upfront with all the pricing that would be apart of the deal. He was very informative, accommodating, and professional. When there was an issue with getting the necessary paperwork from MECU, Mr. Little was instrumental in assisting me with getting it. Ms. Morgan was even kind enough to transport me to MECU to pick up the paperwork because I had no transportation of my own. It is this kind of attention that makes a customer return to a dealership. With the two of them assisting me, I didn't feel pressured, intimidated, nor overwhelmed. They were the deciding factor in the purchasing of my new Sorrento. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to others. Their professionalism and courtesy were more than I have ever experienced at a dealership. Kudos to the two of them!! More

He is always there to help, yet not pushy as so many sales people are. You can count on him to be honest with you as he did with us concerning what we needed in the Sorento. This morning around 6:00 I woke up to a flat tire on my new Sportage (apparently running over a nail does that). I called around to several tire dealers and even another Kia dealership in my area. None h new Sportage (apparently running over a nail does that). I called around to several tire dealers and even another Kia dealership in my area. None had my tire in stock and I was told it would take 3-5 business days to get one in. Even though I was 45 minutes away & driving on my spare, I tried Koon's Kia (which is also where I bought my car - GREAT experience!). Mark in the Parts Department spent almost 15 minutes on the phone, calling around, attempting to locate a tire to match. And he finally did! None of the other places I called did anything other than look up my tire on their computer. I then spent the morning playing phone-tag with Bruce in the Service Department. Even though I kept missing his calls, he continued to call back until we got in touch around 1:00. He was able to squeeze me in around 5:00 to change my tire. And I was back on the road by 5:30! Additionally, the price I was quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid (there were no hidden "I-forgot-to-tell-you-about-that-fee" charges). The service here is amazing and the crew goes above and beyond all expectations. This could have been a horrible and inconvenient start to my work week. Instead, the employees at Koon's made sure I was taken care of. Every time I've been to the dealership, I've left so incredibly happy that I made the decision to purchase my car there and I'll continue to go back for my maintenance. Very rarely do I dish out compliments, but this one is well deserved. I can't thank the team at Koon's enough... You guys saved my day! More

She saw to it that I would be able to buy the right car and fall in love with it.She explained everything about the features of the car and helped me become comfortable driving the new car. When I signed papers with Miss Rachel, Camille and my daughter played UNO. My daughter had fun playing with her. Also my daughter said that Miss Camille's sweet tea was great.
